"Dr. Shukla and staff are wonderful. Great with my newborn and allows us to make choices for our daughter with doctor's guidance. We are leaving the area and so wish we could keep Dr Shukla as our pediatrician. We are VERY picky about who our doctors are and are so grateful to have had Dr Shukla, even if it was only for a while."

"Dr.Shukla has been really great. He is very kind and gentle and he even made my shy 4 month old laugh. He answered all my questions and gave me a remedy for my baby's skin, which worked very quickly. He definitely knows what he is doing and is great with kids. The secretary was very pleasant as well. I am truly baffled by all of the negative reviews because my experience has been so great. However, i personally feel all the bad reviews are just a bunch of "Karen's" getting upset because they don't want to hear the truth, they just want to complain. It's a real shame because Dr.Shukla is a wonderful Doctor and I'm very grateful to have found him."

"IF YOUR CHILD HAS MEDICAl ISSUES DONT GO HERE! Yesterday was my first visit with this doctor my son has battled stomachs issues his whole 7 1/2 months. I was bashed because I wasn’t willing to switch formula (hypoallergenic and it works for him) and because I wasn’t willing to start using grain again I just tried grain a few weeks ago and I know he still has issues with it (causes him to puke everything back up and has server stomach pains). he wanted me to use gripe water to just bandaid his stomach issues instead of finding a alternative solution that actually works for my son! Then was told his issues are because I’m such a absolutely negative person not because they are real!!! I left in tears which he also bashed me for! I have never experience such a horrible experience a day in my life! He was such a horrible person and should retire!"

"I am sorry I cannot agree with the rest of you all. My son has been with Dr Shukla since his office was located in Saxon Blvd over 16 years ago. I have since moved to Lake Nona and I still take my son to him. Dr Shukla has always been amazing to me and my son. He has always help me and recommend my son to the best specialist. I have never had any issues with his staff. My son has been with this doctor since he was born and I will continue to take the drive out there just so that Dr Shukla can continue seeing him."

"The experiences at this office have been pretty miserable. My son was getting an ear infection every month for 5 months and he insisted that we not get ear tubes. Thankfully, we went against his advice and got the tubes. He has been ear infection free for 8 months now. Dr. Shukla has also made comments to my wife that our son may continue to get sick because of his home life. He was inferring that our son was sick because of the negative vibes in the household. He wanted us to light in-scents to help with the aura of the household. My son was recently hospitalized for two viral infections and bronchiolitis on Tuesday. We went to him on Thursday for a follow up appointment and his first remarks were "what do you want me to do?" We told him the situation and he barely listened to my sons breathing. Dr. Shukla did not check anything else. He was not thorough at all. We ended up in the ER for pneumonia 5 hours later after he "checked" his lungs. The latest and final straw was his decision NOT to see my son for a follow up appointment after my son was in the hospital again for pnemonia. The staff notified me that Dr. Shukla would not see my son for two weeks. When asked for the reasoning, they told me that he wanted to "be safe about it" and "doesn't want to get the other patients sick." This is absurd and I feel as if my son was not in good and caring hands. I feel anxious for all the other parents out there trusting your child with this man."
