"Used to go to Great Wall all the time food was good customer service was awesome until recently we have been ordering there for over 20 years I ordered two dinners and wanted to substitute one of the soups for a different kind they absolutely refused saying that was not possible unbelievable as they have done this 100 times or more in the past they actually gave me someone else on the phone and they said the same thing we cannot do that I said I will gladly pay the difference if there is any difference well then just cancel the dinners and we'll go somewhere else they said fine that's what you want to do do it needless to say I have not ordered from them for over 6 months and probably won't ever again for some reason their food is not the same as it used to be anyhow have been disappointed several times"
"This food was disgusting egg rolls burnt peppered steak peppers were not cooked at all. House special lo mein no shrimp fried rice had been previously burnt had a taste of burn the gentleman dad took my order was as rude as rude can be buyer beware do not go here nasty nasty nasty"
"I have been eating here for almost a decade and feel like this place isn't talked about enough and the reviews are so old! What people don't acknowledge is that there are NEW owners and over 100 different food items! People should give this place another chance!❤❤"
"I have been getting takeout from this restaurant for over 15 years. I just went in recently and it is the best experience and food I have had there! The orange chicken is unbelievable! It is white meat and not chunks of junkie chicken. The lo mein was some of the best I've had in years! The chow mein was very fresh but lacking in flavor All of the employees were super friendly and very helpful!"
"Not the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had… We got orange chicken, sesame chicken, and general chicken and honestly, they all tasted exactly the same. Some of the pieces of chicken we’re way over cooked and inedible Wonton soup was good."
