"Absolutely horrendous. Only cares about money, not the patient, at all. I went in for an initial visit because I'm new to the area and had a toothache, so I had to find a dentist. They kept me there for 3 hours, trying to sell me on a treatment plan. When I left, they had done nothing for my aching tooth. Their plan would cost me over $6k out of pocket, after insurance (which they kept telling me how good my insurance is). They wouldn't let me have my aching tooth worked on until I committed to the entire plan and had other work done first. I'm telling everyone I know to NEVER go to Aspen."

"Worst experience ever. Been to this office twice, to give them a second chance. Never again. Dr. is rude, condescending, with no bedside manner. This office is only concerned about over billing insurance, no care for patients. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. If a negative rating was allowed, they would get it."

"I was there for a while today, longer than I thought I was going to be, but everyone was so nice and kind. Everyone made me feel like family and very comfortable. I’ll be going back tomorrow for my Procedure. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone again. I’m going to enjoy going to Aspen."

"I was told to arrive 15 minutes prior to my appointment at 7:30 since I am a new customer. I verified that someone would be in the office that early. When I showed, the two receptionists at the desk saw me then looked away. After a moment or two, I knocked on the door. One of them pointed to the "hours" on the door then dismissively waved me away. I tried to call but they had the phone going to voicemail. I left a message and did get a call back around 7:35. I tried to explain to them what had happened and she just kept cutting me off to say that it was the call center that got it wrong. Horribly rude and very unprofessional. Before they post their reply, allow me to expedite this for them: I'm sorry that you didn't have a positive experience, (insert name here). Thanks for taking a moment to let us know about your experience and sharing your feedback with us. We will share your thoughts with our teams with an eye to always doing what we can to improve the patient experience. -(insert name here)"

"Amazing staff! I was experiencing something that had my self confidence very low and they made me feel so comfortable. It is a 45 min drive for me but I will continue to make that drive just based on my wonderful experience today. I would give 10 stars if I could."
