"They won’t do a regular teeth cleaning without extra items, I only want a teeth cleaning, they said they had to do extra procedures over $1000. I understand teeth are important, but I have financial goals that do not include $1000 in teeth right now. I paid the over $1000 2 years ago and did not fulfill the obligation to go in every 3 months. They told me they weren’t able to do a regular teeth cleaning and had to do their treatment plan. Why waste my time?"
"Everyone was great! Four stars rating because of a continual miss scheduling. I think this comes from your scheduling department. At the office, the dentist front office people, and everyone else were fantastic. They still help me out, even though it wasn’t their mistake and they were wonderful to me. They made me feel like coming back over and over again. Thank you very much."

"Jasmine French in the front office is awesome. She is so personable and ready to help, with a smile, and makes you feel welcomed. The office is super nice, modern and well designed. Dr Kaiser and his staff were amazing to work with. Answered all my questions, addressed all dental issues, and, made sure I understood the next steps necessary for a healthier smile! Husband goes next week for his initial. Highly recommended and will be my new dental office."
