"My experience with Sand Dollar was terrible! Shawna the one in charge of billing/ins told me they took my insurance after I emailed my ins card. 3 appointments and 4 extractions later they come to tell me the insurance needs more info. So I called and they tell me Sand Dollar is out of network and nothing is covered. Now I owe a hefty bill. I just wish they notified me after the first appointment. Terrible customer service. I know it’s ultimately the patient responsibility but I’ve always trusted the billing department to know what insurance they get paid out by. Sand Dollar is not trust worthy."

"I had a wonderful experience with Sand Dollar Dental. Had a tooth come out of my dentures and even though they did not make dentures and I was not a patient they took and fixed then for me by the afternoon. I will call them for any future dental needs! Great and friendly staff!"
"Terrible service- one month to get crown . Had issues, 2 weeks later. Crown came off. Wanted my to wait a week to "work me in". While I have no front tooth. Another dentist worked me in same day. Still expects payment on faulty work, and no customer service at all. I was nice- did not get ugly at all. As soon as I ask for help on invoice or you paying the other dentist, you in a loud voice said, That is not going to happen ! I politely said I wasn't going to argue, but the dentist must not care too much about the patient to expect them to walk around for two weeks tooth less. And said goodbye"
"Could not ask for a better dentist! From the technicians to the office staff. They are so kind and considerate. They answered all my millions of questions with such patience. Dr. Holly talked me through the whole procedure and was very understanding of my nervousness. Billy was incredible. He really took me through the whole partial process from the very first appointment. He related with his own experiences and it was so informative. This will be my dentist office from here on out!"
