"I called to check if a book I needed was finally in stock - something that could be done in one minute. I was placed on hold for 25 minutes (never taken off) and decided to hang up and call back. The same girl answered and said I should come in because " they aren't busy" yet my she asked to put me on hold AGAIN for another 30 minutes never to take me off hold and assist me. I was never helped and was on hold for nearly an hour! Either this store is too understaffed or too poorly staffed, with people who don't want to do the job."
