"Customer service is terrible. Make sure you take your syllabus with an exact copy of the book you need because you’ll be given the wrong book. Last semester I had to go over 3 times to correct a textbook issue. This semester they “ordered” my book over 12 business days ago, and it still has not arrived. You’re better off downloading PDF versions if the books online."
