"Hialeah Campus has to be the absolute worst. The testing center is a group of incompetent employees. The “supervisor” didn’t even have the decency to introduce herself to me. Once I asked to speak to the supervisor I was informed she was out of office about 30 seconds later she walked in right past me and ignored me once I asked the front desk employee if that was her, he didn’t know how to answer. As if she said not to telling anyone she was there. Finally, when we spoke she told me I couldn’t test because the Bootcamp took too long. I took the exam the same time last week. Also, she wouldn’t tell me her name, to describe her: dirty blonde, shorter than most, strict faced and rude. She sticks out like a sore thumb, you cannot miss her."

"I was on the line at the library to pay x 2 items x my daughter who is special needs and cashier call the next person behind us on the line She said that she takes students who pick up books..then question of the day....what is the reason to make a line.....my daughter felts so discriminated for what both cashiers did to us This deserves no stars at all"
"Don’t go to the Hialeah campus, I been calling them for 4 days for them to put my grade in for a class I take 2 years ago. They refuse to answer my call so I show up to the school I waited for 2 hours for an advisor still no help. i had no choice to transfer to fiu cuz they refused to help me."
"After 3 years of going to the Hialeah campus, I graduated and can give a good review. I gotta say, I love this place. The people, staff, and professors are are very friendly. I've taken some of my favorite professors at this campus specifically. The advisors and financial aid staff do take a while and I have had my original advisor Mike make mistakes and give me bad professors, but most of the things you would need help on you can just do a bit of research at home and figure out on your own. I always recommend picking your own classes. The student Life is helpful and there are security and officers that patrol constantly. The library is never going to be quiet, so don't bother studying there if you don't have headphones. The cafe makes some good food and there's a reason why they get so much business. Overall a great campus, though not without it's flaws."
