"I am a past employee of this office. I worked there for approximately 3 months and was later terminated. One of the major problems in that office is there is no team work! The billing person is an instigator and likes to create problems for everyone. She takes pleasure in running to the office mgr about every little mistake you make. Instead of being a leader and creating a friendly work environment, she sets up employees for failure so they can be fired! The environment was very tense. Also, while the doctor may be good at treating her patients, she was very rude and belittling to most of her staff. I’m actually glad that I no longer work there, as I felt that I was always walking on pins and needles. I always worked very long hours for which I was never compensated as there was so much work to be done. I was very dedicated to my job so I tried very hard to ensure things were completed at the end of the day. I never suffered with anxiety attacks until I started working there. On another note, I’m very happy and comfortable at my present job so terminating me was actually a blessing in disguise."
