"This place needs a complete overhaul of staff and doctors. Customer service is atrocious. I am writing this on behalf of my daughter and her experience, which should have been as stress free as possible but has been nothing but stress. They have an attitude when she visits, they have an attitude when she calls. They come up with care plans that they don't share or discuss with patients and just expect them to go along with it. They don't listen, and treat patients like they are bothering the staff. Find another profession if you hate your job. I would not recommend this office to any woman, they would be better off going without than going here."

"I have had nothing but great experiences here! I see a lot of reviews about bad customer service but I have always received awesome customer service. I had somewhat of an issue to be seen today and they had no appointments but didn’t fail to help me get in. This place is awesome and the receptionists are so sweet. Doctors are awesome too. I’ve been coming here for almost 4 years now and it’s such a helpful office!"

"Amanda Ballo argues with patients, is rude in all communications, and rudely chuckled when her horrible mannerisms were brought to her attention. Writes unprofessional notes on patient records. She should not be treating any patients. She is the perfect example of why Advent Health Obstetrics is horribly rated on Google reviews and healthgrades's site. I would not EVER suggest her or Advent for any services."

"I’m a new patient and they don’t care about there patients there waiting times are ridiculous and they are very rude and nasty to there patients Lauren is not a good nurse to me and the nurses staff are the worst I’m looking for another doctor as we speak this is the worst place very stressful for any pregnant woman to ever be seen they rather for you to be jobless and they take all day to return your call it’s a shame god bless them all because they have no hearts for there patients and I feel very bad for this company I hope the high company see these horrible comments and switch the staff around for better and caring people"

"I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. my daughter showed up for depo shot. there was no more than 4 people waiting. she did not have to see a provider and only needed a nurse to administer her shot. she waited for over an hour with her two year old normal, cranky toddler son. a nurse came out and said to give him what he wanted so he would shut up. when she was brought to back, nurse did not look at her record or listen to how she prefers to have her shot done for the last 5 years. they didn’t even want to give her a pregnancy test as precaution as the other location has done for years. i’ve now been on hold for over 30mins waiting to speak to the manager over this visit. you can hear them pick up and put back on hold. i do not nor will ever recommended this office to ANYONE"
