"My partner is a patient of Dr. Mackenzie’s, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this doctor. She is incredible. I only give 4 stars and not 5 because of her staff. My partner called for two weeks to get a medication refilled. No one called her back. When she finally got through on a Thursday she was promised it would be taken care of. Without this medication she gets VERY sick. Friday came and they still had not gotten the refill and never did. Leaving my partner sick all weekend. A two time cancer survivor. Dr. Mackenzie is amazing. But her front end staff dropped the ball and it’s unacceptable."
