TWO PAP SMEAR LATER AND BOTH ARE INCONCLUSIVE BECAUSE OF INSUFFICIENT SPECIMEN SHE KEEP CHARGING MY INSURANCE EVERY TIME SHE DOES A RETAKE OF SPECIMEN. "Went to my first appointment, was required to do bloodwork and ultrasound, and this was 2 months ago. I have not ONCE received a call to go over my labs, ultrasound or next steps with my treatment. I have called several times, and they never answer. I just cannot understand! if you have a staff that do not like what they do, or have 0 customer service, why have them? You have a review rating of 2. - sucks! Will look for another doctor."

"Made an appointment on 6/11 for 6/22. The office called and asked me to confirm the appointment (even though I had just booked the appointment and the actually appointment wasn’t for another 11 days). I missed their call and returned the call saying that yes I wanted to confirm my appointment (via voicemail). When they called again it was while I was working so I couldn’t answer or return their call immediately. A few hours later by 1 PM they cancelled my appointment. They’ve been surprisingly rude and I’m very disappointed in the way they chose to handle everything. Incredibly unprofessional."
