"I love Dr. Franco, but scheduling an appointment with her is incredibly difficult, and her staff isn't helpful. They don't answer the phone, they hang up the call. I've been trying to schedule an appointment for a month now, but I still haven't been successful. When I called again today, there were no available spots until May but the schedule it not open yet."
