"Doesn’t accept my insurance and won’t let me pay cash in advance. Obviously a greedy office trying to collect more from insurance companies in their network and won’t allow cash paying patients even if the money was upfront. Terrible and shameful. I will report and have them investigated."

"I was so excited to become a patient after the great things I heard about this Doctor, but the two front desk staff were EXTREMELY rude. Decided to walk out all because of both the two staff members one with long brown hair and a pink sweatshirt and a women with blonde hair that was up. It’s definitely a poor reflection on the company itself as those are the women you see first while coming in and they should be greeting you with a smile and welcoming atmosphere, im sure the doctor is fantastic but I did not get to meet her."

"If you’re looking to wait over an hour for your appointment time, not get women’s wellness exams unless something is wrong (since a wellness exam actually looks for issues before symptoms), be pushed into unnecessary testing, cosmetic procedures, or denied treatments for a UTI. Then this is the place for you. Want a higher standard of actual care? Go elsewhere."

"I have always loved the medical staff. Dr. "N" and her medical staff are always friendly and professional. My one main criticism in the past for me has been the information desk and the phone follow-up when leaving a message. I was very impressed by the difference I encountered at the front desk. They were very professional and friendly as well as efficient for my needs. There is only one chance to make a good first impression. This can now happen. I have not had a need for a telephone message follow-up. However, I am sure this has or is being improved as well, as the practice continues to grow."
