"My experience here was awful. I gave them my Id and insurance card and they refused to accept it cause it was expired. I told them I waited 3 weeks for this appointment and if I could send them a copy of my passport when I got home since I lived 45 mins away. The front desk had major attitude and was so rude. I asked to speak to the manger and when the manager came out, she already came out an attitude. With a face Like what now! Not how can I help you or willing to hear me out. I explained to it was an Id with my name on it and being expired didn’t matter. I went in for a lump in my breast and was extremely concerned.There was absolutely no compassion or empathy for one second. It was pretty much like too bad and oh well. They didn’t even show one tad of compassion or offered to rescheduled me, until I was already upset! Mind you I don’t have Medicaid or Medicare. I have a private insurance I get thru my husbands job and she just cause I don’t have the proper ID the insurance might denial the claim. Which is completely false. I was so distraught I offered to pay dr visit cash. But once again I was denied. I left the office feeling so low and feeling unheard. Not one person showed a bit of compassion. And I’m not so upset I didn’t get seen but I’m more upset of the treatment and the disregard for a human being. Treat people with more compassion and not so much rudeness. The doctor might be good but not so much his staff and that will affect him."

"I recently had a surgical procedure with Dr. Alberto Sirven. Everything was very well. I had several consultations before surgery and in all of them, the Dr. met my expectations, even dealing with my stress and fear of medical things. The surgery was an incredible success. I haven't had any discomfort from a procedure as invasive as a hysterectomy, and I've been doing great since hour one after the surgery. The Dr. made it a point to see me before he went home and the next visit went incredibly well. I changed offices to West Kendall and the new staff was very friendly. If you are looking for a Gynecologist who meets all your expectations and is an excellent professional, just call his office in West Kendall. You will be in the best hands. I feel very lucky to have found him in this City of Miami where many people don't care about you as a patient, only as a business. Thank you Dr. Alberto Sirven. May God bless your hands and intelligence. On the other hand, if you are going to have to deal with your insurance for any procedure, and if you are in the office at 8200 SW and 117 Ave, be warned that if your management depends on Coordinator Jaquie, in that office, you will have to do her work. I was about to cancel my surgery because, with two hours to go before the insurance office closed, she still hadn't done anything and didn't answer the phone. And what's more, she treated me in a very rude and unprofessional way and she told me that if I leave bad feedback she didn't care, among other things. It's not fair to the professionalism with which doctors do their job for someone to make them look bad. If you're not fit to deal with patients, then you can't do the job. She is the reason I changed offices. Fortunately, Joselyn, the coordinator of the new office, in just two hours, and without knowing anything about me as a patient, made the pertinent arrangements and I was able to have the surgery done the next morning. There are always trained people with empathy for patients. Thank you."
