"I’m not one that usually writes reviews but I absolutely wanted to write one for Tournament Wear! They were so easy to work with and communicate with. Rachel was fantastic. We had a tough timeline to work with before a tournament. She got the jerseys done and shipped quickly. They came out fantastic and we couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend!"
"This company's communication skills are extremely lacking. My client and I just wanted two custom jerseys, but the hassle that came along with it was atrocious. I was yelled at by Rachel, which is very rude and unprofessional, when simply asking for the process of their company since I had multiple communicated messages saying "Order was misplaced, Order was put aside". After paying for the product, we were assured that our order was going to be pushed to the front due to hassle of the whole situation, but still have not received it. At the end of day, the way this customer service representative spoke to a client is not acceptable whatsoever. I truly hope she does not yell at everyone that has a question. We will not be bringing our business to this company ever again. When hanging up the phone, the representative mumble rudely, yet again, "Yeah. Whatever, bye"."

Not to mention, every shirt/fishing jersey we’ve ever ordered has been awesome. My husband is a fishing guide so wears them frequently, and they look good and last! Highly recommend."
