"Incredibly disappointed and frustrated that on top of everything this facility is not making my situation any better. On a Friday I signed up my daughter for karate, paid the registration fee and purchased the uniform. That same night she got very ill, she underwent surgery on Monday, and on Tuesday I called and said she won’t be able to start the classes on Wednesday due to having surgery but I would keep them updated as she still wants to go. Unfortunately two weeks later I find out my daughter has cancer and has to have chemo treatment. I have a doctor’s note with details of the situation and they refuse to give me a refund. Now I would completely understand if it was that we just changed our minds, but unfortunately we did not plan for our child to get so ill. And a refund would be appreciated considering the circumstances."
