They even have a fighting cage and a boxing ring on site for sparring days. Many fights lined up for those interested. They now have had a fighter go pro!"

"Incredibly kind and graceful hospitality at this high energy space. I had the pleasure of meeting and rolling with bjj legend Andrew Gabriel, and he helped me with my game. When most of the good guys left for the weekend to go party in Cancun, the owner , a world class black belt in his own right, made a special early trip in to roll with me. Not only did he match my pace and level , but he was able to break down my game and weaknesses very quickly and thoroughly. As I am a brown belt prepping for master worlds in 3 weeks, the adjustments i’m making are micro adjustments that are going to have an immediate impact on my game. Most competitors my age use deep half and knee shields and so I asked him what passes he liked. For deep 1/2 he showed the same pass my coach was showing at class last week, same goes for beating the knee shield but he added a detail my coach has never shown me so I look forward to showing it to my training partners when I get home. Open mat tomorrow, class Monday. I wasn’t sure I was going to be getting enough work in while i was here that was wrong , Angel keeps the dojo doors open most all of every day, and he’s down to roll whenever, and he’s very very good not just at rolling, but also teaching which has made it even nicer."
