"I contacted them annually (not all of the time) to review my current policies, see if any changes need to be made to my coverage, and possibly switch to a different carrier if the price is right. The staff are friendly but apparently too busy to respond to my communications. For example, if I write an e-mail asking a question, I expect a response. If a company can't follow-up with me, obviously they're too busy for my business. I've switched to a different agency and get a response anytime I reach out. I did get one proactive communication when the bill for one of my policies was due. Follow-up to company response (1/24/2024): Obviously they can't address my concern with their generic response. And I have no plans to conduct business with them in the future."
