"I contacted Charles a couple of weeks before I close on my new house. Everything went smoothly I paid in full because I wasn’t going to have a mortgage. Two months later I get a letter telling me I’ve been canceled and I will be issued a refund for refusal of inspection. First fall I never scheduled inspection nor did Charles tell me he was scheduling the inspection. A lady called me about a week and a half after I bought my house and said that she was down at the road and wanted to come up to the property and take a photo of the outside I explain to her that we were at the property and the security gates were locked that she had to schedule the appointment. I never heard from her again I don’t call that refusal of an inspection specially since if I knew she was coming I would’ve made sure I was home. I called immediately and spoke to Charles in December 14 he showed me he would correct the problem and order an inspection. I noted to him that I would be out of the country for 10 days he said he would schedule my inspection for January 3 or fourth upon my return. When I called back to find out when my inspection was he had never made the appointment this is be the second time and he’s been out sick young lady I spoke to Stacy said she would be my agent and referred me to farmers. Which farmers thought that to be odd because that was the job of my agent. I was on hold on and off for over an hour but finally we ordered an inspection we only had till 10 January to get this done. No one ever called for the inspection couldn’t give me a date. And on 10 January I called again and spoke to Stacy who said Charles was my agent and that he would call me back. I reminded her that she said she would take care of me and be my agent but she repeated that Charles would call me back. He did not call me back nor would they answer my calls for the remainder of the day. I had to contact another farmer agent to requote and re-bind my policy. This was a horrible experience and the ball was dropped on many occasions. When I spoke to Stacy on January 3 she told me it would not be possible to speak to John Ciccarelli the owner of the agency. I told her I did not want to leave the agency a bad review and would wait until see how things played out. Well this is how it played out and this is the review because they left me no other choice"
