"I attended "Wine and Unwind" with Co-owner and instructor Cara Gaddy and somelier Gretchen and had such an amazing experience! I had not done yoga in quite awhile so i thought this would be a good way to ease back in. Yoga was challenging but gentle enough for me and Cara offered many variations for those with over worked muscles. Gretchen was very knowledgeable about her wines and offered wonderful variety. Light snacks were provided after class and I really enjoyed chatting and getting to know other students. I highly recommend this event!"
