"I was totally intimidated to go to this class, but Jessica Gallant ensured me that it is for all levels and she would modify anything I needed (I broke my tailbone during my delivery and then split my pubic bone on my second delivery). Needless to say I’m a little limited! I joined for the one month trial and have been going 2-3 times per week and absolutely LOVE it! I will be joining once my trial is over!
