"Not a very warm welcome upon arrival. We attended a birthday party this weekend for a family friend. As I was signing in my children I was told to also sign a waiver by an older blonde lady at the front. I then informed her we had just had a birthday party for my daughter the first week of January and had already signed one. She rudely snapped at me and said only people with accounts don't need to sign one. She then responded with a new one needs to be signed every time. ( I was told waivers are good from Jan 1- Dec 31) While I don't have an issue with signing a waiver, I was not very happy how I was spoken to. I understand that waivers are important but so is being KIND to customers. Thankfully the party host and some of the other younger girls were very kind and accommodating. Edit: Thank you for addressing the issue, we hope to have a better experience next time."

"We came for a birthday party. The set up is neat. The small room for the party was very hot. When I asked if they could lower temperature in the room I was told "No they can't. We know it is hot and suggest not to spend much time in there." Lily was nice, but why would you not have a fan or portable AC if you knew it was a problem. I talked with several other families in different rooms. They all said same thing. I would not recommend for a party."

"Leah the party planner is the best, professional and organized she took care of us and directed our party host , kept us informed on times and schedule, a hassle free kid party. No mess for me to clean up kids had a blast, all wore out and happy."

"My son had his birthday here in October of 2022. I was hesitant to write a review, but with all the negative feed back to this day from our guests it seemed imperative to share. The first issue was the disgusting room we were placed in when I booked a white party room adjacent to the jump/play room(not an upstairs dining hall). What we got was tacky decorations and filthy floors(dirt, sharp plastic pieces, remnants from their Halloween bash the night before). The decorations I spent over 200 dollars on clashed with the Halloween theme forced upon us because they chose to not clean up at all before putting paying customers in this disgusting room. The room was a huge factor, but the blonde woman at the front desk chose to bring her baby to work and placed this infant in a closet “to sleep” with the expectation for us to be quiet(during a PARTY)next to the room. She chose to be rude to my son and myself when her crying baby was brought to her attention. Seems an odd thing to bring a baby to work especially at a play place meant for birthday party’s and gymnastics. The bathrooms were out of order in the play area(leaving small kids to wander upstairs to find a secondary location to use a bathroom). The cherry on top was the disgruntled blonde woman telling me she’d give me a discount because “no one came to our party”. I booked for 15 and 17 showed. She couldn’t have been more nasty if she tried. Likely the “discount “ of 15-20 dollars was to prevent me from complaining about the disgusting conditions, crying baby placed near an ongoing party and overall worst birthday venue we have ever experienced; ineffective and insulting. Never had such a negative experience at a venue. The one positive we had was the young lady who was our birthday attendant. She was lovely and very helpful."
