"The staff if pretty knowledgeable here as long as all you need to do is purchase insurance. I, however, needed to renew my SR22 insurance and I let Ashley know that it she had to fax it to the Mobile DMV and she acted like she knew for sure that she did not and it would happen automatically... Thank Jehovah that I called back the next afternoon because not only would I have a suspended license longer, I would have had to pay an extra $350 in a matter of minutes, and after all that I paid to get it started would have been pointless!! When I called back I had to coach them through the entire process of something they say is a very common occurrence...smh"
