"My original review was not so positive as I was under the impression we were getting a counselor that worked with the school, we did not, but, I'm editing the review as in fairness to this group they've done a very good job helping us with our child. Our 5 yo trusts her counselor and enjoys going to see her and can speak freely and get solid advice and counseling. Thank you Latisha."

"I have been trying to sort out a new counselor for months. No one answers the phone, and when they call you, they're rude. I was promised twice that the "manager" would be reaching out to me and it never happened. I now have to find another solution for my son and he has to start over. Steer Clear of this place and save yourself the headache."

"We've had great experiences with our therapists here. I have 4 kids receiving services here. However, the turnover rate with psychiatrists is terrible. One psychiatrist refused to give my son ADHD meds despite him needing them because she wants him to try a Keto diet at age 11. Currently they have no psychiatrist at all which has made things pretty difficult for us as far as med management goes. The staff is always polite. The waiting room is always clean."
