"I woke up the other day having trouble breathing and pains in my back like I had broke a rib or something. I was going to go to a bigger hospital but it was so bad I stopped here because it was so close. The staff was amazing, even tho I only remember a couple of there names (Zanny & Josefa) I think, they all were amazing. I had to be transferred to a bigger hospital and the people during transport along with the people at Babtist Fleming island were also amazing. I hope to never have to go through this again but if I do, I hope I get another crew that’s as good as the one at Baptist.. Thank you Baptist staff.."

"Asked me why didn't I go somewhere else and see a dr..... yall are Dr's right? I came in cause I was coughing up heavy blood, and I felt weak and my leg was in pain and numb. My blood pressure was high as well. I guess that's normal for a 23 year old with no health problems. All they did was a chest xray. Disregarded any other concerns. The first nurse I had was rude too. Asked me a question and interrupted me with irritation to ask me my symptoms. The xray tec fixed the bed because they didn't sit it up, he was really nice. But the Dr and nurses were dismissive and really didn't care and showed how unwelcomed I was. It's embarrassing and humiliating to go to people you're supposed to trust for help, and they tell you go somewhere else and ignore you for 3 hours and make you feel like you dont matter. The first time I came here was the same situation as well. I tried to give it a second try but it was even worse. Oh and it's not even like I was asking for medicine, she says go to the store and go pick up some flu medicine. (I tested negative for the flu already tho.... no kind of reassurance or anything. I'm still scared and have no peace of mind as to what's wrong with me. Just assumed it was a sinus infection and sent me on my way, even though I tried to ask about the other stuff. They just didn't care. Never coming back idc if I'm dying, I rather die at the house than around people who are gonna leave me there for hours and do nothing. Thanks for wasting my time and showing me to not trust Dr's. Lol I was there for 3 hours for one test and just to get insulted."

"Great service. I have been to this ER several times since 2020 and they are the best.,I went with an abdominal pain in 2020 after visiting several ER with same complain and they were the only ones to find the cause A cancerous tumor in the tail of the pancreas. I will always say that God took me to this hospital. Definitely they are great."

"The worst experience ever ! Came in with excruciating ear pain 20/10 all i was missing to do was scream out of control from the pain i was in. Got brought in the room at 2:54 am let them know I'm in excruciating pain i cant even sit still. Called nurse after waiting for about 30 minutes to let her know i cannot take the pain anymore. She stated i have to wait on the doctor 4:15 am no one came in to checkin and help me with the pain i was facing horrible facility left and went to another urgent care."

"I cannot say more nice things about this urgent care. The whole family (ages 5 to 40) have been treated in this location on several occasions and at every point the staff has been caring, attentive, and communicative. If there’s a way to speed things up accurately, they will find it! We’ve had several different doctors that have been very empathetic to our symptoms, and committed to finding a diagnosis. They were extremely sweet two my daughters during x-rays and ultrasounds their staff calmed the kids and provided them with iPads, ice pops, anything to keep their mind off the pain or discomfort. Great team of professionals at this location! Sincerely grateful for all of you."
