"Terrible experience here with a horrible employee whom should not working in any public healthcare system anywhere. Employee named wade stephon. Was extremely rude to my wife and i. We have been on a waiting list over 6 months. Since last june to grt my 2 year old screened for autism. The day of his appointment arrived and he was having a particularly difficult morning, as was our new born, traffic was bad. We arrived 4 minutes late, and the entire waiting room was empty. Mr wade rudely told us they were to busy now. Id taken a day off work to get my child help, and i pointed that out to wade. He rudely stated well im sure thats frustrating but we cant help you. It is a disgrace that someone like this works in healthcare at all, let alone a childrens facility. I pray this is rectified immediately to prevent other familys dealing with these issues from being subject to this treatment. People like wade should NEVER be allowed to work in healthcare."
