"We always schedule annual visits and have never had an issue being seen. Referrals are required for visits. Taking both my kids annually for checkups they’ve gotten used to the process during the actual visit and they make it enjoyable for kids."

"Made a call on April 12 th they finally called me today to schedule the appointment. It’s April 27 th. They are rude on the phone. Refuse to make the appointment unless they have a FAXED referral and then will call you when they get to you. If you live in Orange County look into the Audiology dept at the Orange County public schools. They take care of you efficiently and don’t come up with excuses as to why they have to wait 15 days to call you back. Thank goodness the Speech therapist clued me in on the free service offered by the schools for a simple hearing exam."

"Terrible experience with peds audiology. They had my daughters hearing aids mixed up and when we told them about their error. They couldnt see her for over a month a required a referral although we had already been to their office multiple times. We’ve left their department and have met several people tell us other families have left for similar reasons. If you want a good experience go to Advent Health. They will make your child’s hearing a priority because Orlando health really could care less !!!"

"Policy stops your child from getting treatment and their office staff looses paperwork and does not follow up with phone calls. They accept no responsibility for mistakes they make. One would think that the maintenance of a child's hearing aids would be enough to get treatment. His insurance does not require a referral, however their office does. One would think that they provided the hearing aids and wound not need a referral to maintain them. I think we would have better customer service at Sam's Club."

"You need to change the address , and also have a operator to help you with the address if you need it. I can't leave a. message and wait a call back if I'm lost. please improve that. The receptionist is very professional and polite as well as the doctors."
