"Whoever the head nurse of the ER department needs to reevaluate her existence in the medical world. I work at a pharmacy (I don't speak on behalf of my company or brand) and I was trying to get a CII prescription resent to another pharmacy so a 5 year old could feel easier at home. The head nurse on duty at the time was completely unaware of her position as a nurse and didn't even try working with us in regards to the situation. I understand that sometimes policies are important to follow, but sometimes a patient's care goes first, and if you aren't even willing to try to call the Dr at home even if you aren't usually supposed to, you are not a health care professional. The head nurse on duty (who didn't give me a name and hung up on me abruptly) needs to be replaced. End of story"

"We met Dr Norden the day after our son was born and felt so comfortable with her right away. She is wonderful! Highly recommend."

"They have changed now that Dr. Nowicki has retired. They no longer care about the patient or their needs. They don't listen to the parents or their concerns. If I could give Zero Stars I would. They wont even transfer paperwork Without an issue."
