"So when we used them in 2018 to purchase our home and in 2020 to refinance our home the service was amazing. So in 2022 we decided we wanted to do a HELOC or discuss other options to get equity out of our home. I emailed our original loan officer Mary several times as well as left several phone messages over the course of a month and never received anything back from her. I then decided to stop by the office to see if she had a second to talk. I felt the receptionist in the lobby was very aggressive towards me just dropping by and asking for information. Since I still had not received any information or contact from them I found a new loan broker. I will not be returning to them to service any future loans I may need. Nor recommending them anymore to others needing loan services."
