"One of the worst experiences ever work wise. Absolutely DO NOT work for this toxic, egotistical douchebag, you will regret it. As the other reviewer said, there is literally no formal training, super toxic work culture, extreme pressure to sell from the beginning, and you have to basically dedicate your life to him or he will let you go. Screw everything about this guy and his courses."

"Dr. Garg is not a good person. I not suggest working for his sales team. There is absolutely no formal training of any kind and this man expects you to know exactly what to do from day 1. On my first day he assigned me to work with someone who only had two weeks of experience. He showed me the CRM and then sent me back to my desk. It was zero help! There are absolutely no business rules so everyone is taking leads from each other. There are only 5 other reps. Only 2 people have been there a few years. The rest are new. There is nothing but cold calling. You have to reach out and bother people who have already come to his courses to see if they want to come to more courses. They hand you a binder with the course info, an email to log in, and a CRM with all the information of all the dentist in their system and just expect you to make sales. If you're not "enthusiastic enough" and replying to all his annoying group texts with a million emojis, you won't fit in. Yes, it is this ridiculous. When he calls a meeting, he treats everyone like they're below him. He reminds everyone why such and such person was fired before. If you ask a question he will say it is a stupid question. If you say something he doesn’t like, he will make you feel like you’re inferior. He will remind you that he owns 41 businesses and you should be listening to him instead of making comments or asking questions. Each of his employees dislike him and he doesn’t even realize it. Nobody says a word because they need their paycheck. He will fire you if you don’t kiss up to him. It is a 9-5 but he expects you to be calling dentist 7AM to 10PM at night. The commission is not even worth it. Maria, the rep who has been there the longest has no respect for new reps. She will interfere with your sale and if you ask her for help she will do anything to avoid helping you. She's incredibly annoying to deal with too. Not only does he treat his employees like they're inferior, but he talks about other dentist like he is better than all of them. He judges everyone. He refers to other dentist as "time wasters" if they're broke or "banana" if he thinks they are crazy. He is just not a good person. I am so glad I never stopped looking for other opportunities and took time to interview with other jobs. I am way happier now with a far more decent salary and commission structure than he can ever offer."

"My first course is the Implant Continuum and hands down this is a career altering and life changing course. I have been practicing for 4 years and where as I was comfortable with my surgery skills the continuum has completely revolutionized my practice of dentistry as a whole. I have started treatment planning and closing implant cases exponentially because I feel extremely confident with my abilities. Best take aways: - Dr Garg is an exceptional teacher. He has the gift and has developed the art to transfer concepts and knowledge with excellence. The man is dedicated and passionate about this and you feel it in every minute that you spend with him. - It is comprehensive. Everything under one roof backed by peer reviewed research and papers. - His support staff are a group of very friendly and cheerful ladies who are fun to be around. I am going back for more courses to add to the list of the procedures and services I can now offer to my patients. I am excited for the future!"

"Absolutely incredible course - I did the third molar surgical extraction course and it was such a fantastic learning experience. The supervisors/oral surgeons were so enthusiastic and helpful and the hands on clinical experience was definitely something that will hugely stand to me in my own practice at home. I left the course feeling so much more confident and will definitely be signing up for other of these courses asap.
