"Great art space in the Design District with complementary admission! 3-story building with various changing galleries showcasing incredible artists. They also have a bookstore/gift shop and a large outdoor space."

"Free tickets online. Elevator was not functioning. First floor exhibit was beautiful but I had hoped to see everything. Sculpture garden and gift shop had some treasures. Really wish it was handicap accessible. I will return but call ahead to ensure access."

"I recently visited the Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA) in Miami, and it was a good experience. The museum itself is impressive, with a modern design and a welcoming atmosphere. It houses a diverse collection of contemporary art, showcasing various styles and mediums which are thought-provoking and innovative. However, personally, I found that contemporary art is not something I'm particularly into. While I appreciate the creativity and the expression of the artists, the style and themes of contemporary art didn't resonate with me as much as I had hoped. That being said, for those who have a keen interest in modern artistic expressions, ICA Miami is definitely a place worth visiting. The museum offers a unique perspective on contemporary art and is a significant cultural hub in Miami. Overall, my visit to ICA Miami was positive. It's a great place for those looking to explore contemporary art in a vibrant and dynamic setting. Even though it wasn't entirely to my taste, it's clear that the museum has a lot to offer for art enthusiasts and those interested in the latest trends in the art world."

"Overall not bad. Loved that the institute provides free entrance for guests and you can donate as whatever amount you like to. The exhibition on the first floor was the most captivating and shows more artistry while exhibition on 2nd and 3rd floor is more philosophical. Also great selection of unique souvenirs in the shop."

"Came for the art, stayed for the stoic kitty meditating by the garden sculpture. I appreciated the more contemporary pieces, but didn't care so much for what seemed more like historical artifacts - such as the journals with cutouts from other magazines pasted in. This seemed more like a glimpse into what making an album or a modern journal was like in the 80s, than like art. The 9/11 install took my breath away. It was like looking at a long forgotten piece of my own past AND it didn't feel archival like the journals. Bonus points for the cat in the back. Was the most artistic exhibit there, even if it was unintentional. Said a lot about the culture, the politics surrounding animal control, and the internalized biases we carry as humans that art cannot be appreciated by animals. Artist unknown."
