"Unfortunately I had a bad experience. I waited for 1 hour and half and I never got the consultant. I asked if the waiting time is always like that and they said yes. When I said that I'm not able to continue waiting. They said that I can reschedule my appointment. They didn't refunded my copay. I had to ask for it. At first the receptionist act like she didn't understand what money I was asking. Then she "understood". But she kept me waiting for it. I reported to my insurance because if you don't do it. They charge to your insurance even if they didn't help you. The HCA Florida Broward Orthopedics, schedule like 10 people at the same time. They don't have any kind of respect for people's time. If you have the time to dedicate all your business day maybe this place could help."

"Administration office is very unprofessional. They give me appointments for 10.30 am and still waiting for Doctor 12.19 pm .Doctor time is valuable and patient time do not have any value .it's vary poor management."
