"Terrible! Rude! Unprofessional!! Especially the front desk!!! They make you pay before services are even rendered, then they don’t even complete the service you pay for! My daughter was scheduled for a cleaning and filling, they did the cleaning had us waiting almost a hour for the filling only to reschedule us because the doctor supposedly ran into a hiccup his previous patient. We went back 2 days later for the filling they did 1 filling instead of 2. Then when I called inquiring about the refund the front desk lady rudely kept cutting me off and even hung up in my face! Do NOT recommend!"

"I’ve have several really bad experiences with the hygienist Monica! I’ve even recommended family members (daughter, sister, niece and husband) that received cleanings from her and they stated they will not return to this location again. After telling her the discomfort I was experiencing while she was cleaning my teeth, instead of trying to ease the pain or make me feel comfortable during her duration of the cleaning, she’s stated “well that means you won’t qualify for regular cleanings anymore”. Her response and professionalism was upsetting and disappointing. Although my experiences (yes more than one) have not been the best, I will continue to my services with ADC, however, I will request I different hygienist in the future."

"As someone who is absolutely terrified of getting dental work done, coming to American Dental is exceedingly comfortable. The staff greets you by name as soon as you walk in the door, giving a very professional and familiar feeling. In addition they are also incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, handling everything from insurance buck-ups to elderly patients to people coming for the first time. If I could give them 6 stars, I'd give them 7. If you're in need of a great and knowledgeable staff to get you and your Dental needs right, you absolutely cannot go wrong choosing American Dental Center"
