"THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. I can't stress that enough!! I went to new primary doctor who denied me twice prior. I came to this one and took me in right away. Super friendly staff -Nicole, front desk-Cherline [amazing lady!], and doctors to both my mom and I. Highly recommend to anyone. They take pride of their work ethics and really care. "Not my first time coming here, but I figured I’d leave a good review because this is a very great urgent care. I’m sorry for the people that had bad experiences, but I have never had an issue coming here! I am greeted immediately at the front desk, I fill out my information on the tablet, and then return the tablet and then I am called back generally within 10 minutes. Today was barely 3 minutes and I was taken to the room and had my vitals taken and asked what was wrong and the nurse left and the doctor came back less than five minutes later. He did his thing with me, told me the prescriptions he was calling in, and I would say my entire visit from walking in the door to out the door was no more than 25 to 30 minutes."
"What an amazing experience. I give my highest recommendation for this location for MD Now urgent care. The front staff greeted me right away and assisted me. I was soon called in and met with Dr. Clarke who was very informative and was able to identify the proper treatment of care needed for my visit. All my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy of my choice and couldn't have been any easier. I will definitely be back if I ever need urgent care."
