"Terrible experience. Listen to all reviews telling you to stay away. At one appointment some women told me I can't be seen without payment. I always pay my bills, just needed a little time and couldn't pay upfront. I found out later on that I had a credit on file that no one informed me of. So they had a credit for me on file, but we're going to send me home because I was having difficulty paying that day."

"Initially, I did have an issue with perceiving lack of empathy and understanding. I felt like the person who did my psychosocial was afraid of me or scared to come next to me. I also perceived a negative feeling from the office staff when asking me questions. However the Director reached out to me and was sincerely concerned. She persuaded me to come back and not give up on my mental health. I was assigned to David as a therapist who was amazing. Really empathetic, therapeutic and understanding. Now I look forward to coming. I also want to add that the front desk receptionist is soo sweet. She was amazing everytime I came even despite my negative perception of my first meeting with the psychosocial. As time goes by and I observe that my feelings are consistent- I’ll increase my rating."
"I must say I came in sick and addicted to drugs and alcohol. Since coming to Henderson the staff has been great! I am on the path of recovery. Dr Carlos has had my best interest at heart and all suggestions and medications have been working for me. David is my therapist and really helped me feel comfortable and helps me understand my disease. Thanks for helping me get sober and healthy and live a more purposeful, meaningful life."
"Do not go in. I was with doctor Garcia or Romero or something like that. He is the WORST. I was prescribed a med that made me sleep 16 hours a day. HE UPPED MY DOSE AFTER I COMPLAINED. Later he said, well you complained about not sleeping and now you complain you sleep too much? SO unprofessional. He also told me he would change it and gave me the same medication under a different name WITH A HIGHER DOSE. I asked to change it and was told to wait. THREE WEEKS of this, I couldnt work or go to school. I called him and he said there is no cure for me. As a psychology degree he is a liar, a disgusting individual. Everyone else was extremely helpful and kind."
