"I've been going to Midland for nearly 10 years. Though I previously had a primary care physician who is no longer with the practice, for the past several years, Dr. Noah Lee has been my PCP. To say that Dr. Lee is the best PCP I've ever had would be a gross understatement. He is completely available to his patients whether "on the clock" or not. He's responded to emails I've sent to him (through the patient portal) at "off the clock" hours including sending a prescription to my pharmacy on a Saturday evening. When I was recently diagnosed with a serious illness, Dr. Lee coordinated all the necessary specialists' appointments, needed diagnostic tests, etc. He then called me and told me he was fully booked that day but would see me at noon during and instead of taking his lunch break. Both these examples exemplify the level personal care Dr. Lee has for his patients. As for the office staff, they are always friendly and willing to assist with any questions presented to them. Also, in my experience, patients are always seen on time. Dr. Lee and Midland Medical are the best!"

"First, let me state that I have been receiving medical care since I was 13 and I am a huge advocate in my community so this review is a no way meant to bash anyone. It is meant to warn my community about my experience. This was the worst experience ever trying to get into care. The staff are extremely uneducated and ignorant when it comes to TransWomen and HIV prevention/treatment. Anjelica who claimed to be the practice manager is extremely degrading and belittling. I’ve never been spoken to the way she spoke to me. This office has absolutely no concern about patients and only care about money. The entire time that she was disrespecting me and degrading me as a TransWoman. She made sure to let me know that my appointment would be $200. If there is any other way for you to find somewhere to get into care, please save yourself the trauma, and go somewhere else."

"Very disappointed in this office. I was trying to get a referral. I became a new client again. First visit wonderful. I was on the phone with the referral coordinator when the situation went down hill. She told me that I needed a primary assigned. Well I got my card the day she called me beck with my new primary on it. She started to interrupt me so I said I will wait. She stop talking and I told her that I got my card with my new primary on it. She was not on the other end . I then called back to leave my new primary what had happened and asked for him to call me back and have my referral within 24 hours or I was leaving their office. Well I didn’t wait 24 hours. I gave an appointment at AHF in the am. I will never recommend this office. I feel this situation with the referral coordinator was rude and unprofessional. Never again!!!"
