"I first came to Back In Action in June, 2023. My primary care doctor wanted me to improve my gait and balance. I could barely walk after having spinal fusion surgery. Right from the start, Brian Olmstead and his team began working to improve my balance, back, and leg strength. Erica and Juan were fabulous providing me the attention and instruction I needed. And, when Brian worked with me he'd slowly introduce a new exercise for me to try. Also, when my initial schedule ended, Amanda would contact my doctor to get a new referral to continue. I can't express enough my gratitude for their diligence, dedication, and support during my 11 weeks there. Even though I have more to do to get in the best shape I can, these terrific folks have me moving in the right direction. Thank you, Brian, Erica, Juan, Amanda, and Nathalie! "Amazing Recovering from knee replacement. Honestly on my first visit I was thinking a new knee was a big mistake. After just a few visits, my ability to bend my knee is great. Jeff really helps with constant positive reinforcement, which is so important. I especially like that on each visit they have me do different machines and practice different techniques to improve range of motion. I am not done yet but I can say if you need physical therapy you will get better really fast with this team! Jeff and team made me a believer that their training would reduce my pain and improve my ability to walk !"
