"I like my doctor. She really takes care of me and pays attention to my needs. talking about cancer. It’s always scary and I feel safe. The One concern I had was when my blood was taken out. I had never experienced such a bad bruise or pain, but I did this time I’m not taking any medication’s or anything that should cost this type of bruising."

"Each of the people who work there are very professional. The doctor took her time to listen to me, excellent doctor Meera Iyegar very professional. Today I received Iron infusion and the nurses were very professional and had an excellent environment. Especially Nurse Luz, very professional and humane. She took her time talking to me because I was very nervous and I don't speak much English and she translated for me in Spanish, gave me all the support I needed and explained each step and about the treatment. He made me feel as calm as possible, thank you Nurse Luz."

"I've been going to this facility for 7 years and I'm aways impressed with the care and kindness they give all patients. Today's experience seemed especially pleasant for me. I don't have good veins, but Bianca got my IV in and working on the 1st try. Then it was smooth sailing for the rest of my visit because all of the staff works together. If any patient needs help, somebody is right there to help you no matter which nurse is assignment. They are a great team."

"The facility is pretty good. There were an awful lot of people when we went. The front staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. When we were leaving I reviewed the summary and saw some incorrect entries on the patient history portion. I informed the staff and.was first told we would have to obtain and submit to the facility previous doctors notes to verify that the entries that had been entered incorrectly were indeed wrong and what I was telling them was correct. I was told this had to be done before the incorrect summary information could be changed. These are physical aspects of the patient body which are readily apparent upon observation and evaluation. As well, we had just seen a doctor there. This seemed to fluster the gentleman working in the office. I just get irritated when I see incorrect entries on these patient intake forms.which happens quite often. Then it's a hassle at times to get the correct information on file. I did receive a call the next day regarding this matter. I thought that was nice and appreciated them following up. This was good. The staff member who callef in was very pleasant. I have a feeling she will be a good blood specialist. We were seen pretty quickly considering the amount of patients present. Doctor Akula had a good presence and was professional. She was pleasant. I look forward to seeing what she has to offer in regards to my mother's health care. One thing I noticed was the receptacle that blood waste byproduct is discarderd into was wide open. All the waste inside of it was exposed. Thought that was gross . Staff needs to be more attentive on that. When calling the patient to verify appointments the automated message needs to speak slower when informing the date, time and address of that appointment. I couldn't understand what was said. Then it took a long time to call in. Also when the office staff calls and leaves a message the staff needs to include the date and time of that appointment. These are some reasons why I didn't rate this medical facility the higher star rating I would have given."
