Doctor is the last person you see so it takes an hour but this not a drive thru fast food but a professional service for my pain and aches. "Front desk wasn't so friendly not sure if they're not morning people but if you work early you should adapt yourselves to be morning people. Everyone else after that was very friendly. I appreciated everyone that spoke with me regarding getting my mini procedure. The Dr was very informative and I truly appreciate him taking the time to talk to me So that I can understand what I was getting done."

"Not sure if I came here on an off day, if they are just short-staffed, or what is going on at this place. Strangest medical office I have ever been to. There was no one staffing the front desk. I had to wait at least 30 minutes just to flag someone down to give me check-in paperwork, which I had to prompt them for. Everyone just seemed very discombobulated and confused. Then had to wait another hour or so to be taken to an exam room, and probably another 30 minutes to see a doctor. I have no idea who the doctor was. It was not the person I was scheduled to see. She very quickly rushed through a few questions and had me do a few motions to assess my injury. She told me what was needed for follow-up but it all happened so quick it was hard to follow. When I checked out the woman seemed to think what the doctor was suggesting did not make sense. I had to make an appointment for the following day to get an xray with the orthopedic doctor. I thought I was seeing the orthopedic doctor during that initial visit. That wasn't communicated beforehand. Then they tell me that the orthopedic doctor is completely booked for the next day, but they are scheduling me anyway. I ask if it's guaranteed I'll actually see the doctor if they are overbooked, they say yes, but I will need to wait a long time. But they can't tell me how long of a wait it would be. Decided to just go to the ER the following day instead of wasting my time at this place again. Would never go back here for any reason or suggest anyone to come here. My attorney referred me here, but if they truly need me to see an orthopedic specialist I'll ask that they book an appointment elsewhere."

"Do not recommend every single time you come here you are literally waiting in the lobby for 1-2 hours (maybe see 1 patient exiting this whole time) and then you go sit in a room for another 1-2 hours. The nurses are very nice but they are just standing around waiting for the doctor. It is not their fault it’s the doctor that is causing all of this."
