I’ve been in alot of back pain to the point it causes migraines. They made me reschedule my apt 2 weeks because I was not early , I even cried to them because I’ve been in so much pain and they did not care . Glad to know what I have in store for me with these people ( they do not care about your pain)"

"Jay A Vachhani office. Cancels appointment next day after calling the day before to ask the reason for the visit (did they even look at the referral?) and saying I’m all set for my appointment. Have severe progressive illness and new symptoms with a recent CT that showed likely vertebrobasilar insufficiency and have been having TIAs, yet Jay A Vachhani looks at a different scan (that I was told by my doctor was blurry which is why I had the recent CT done with contrast that had concerning results) and says, everything looks fine and has his receptionist cancel over the phone. Didn’t even look at the correct scan and have the decency to see and speak to the patient to address concerns and awful symptoms. Needed a vascular surgeon on board as stroke is prone in my family and now will have to look elsewhere after wasting my time thinking I had an appointment for weeks to cancel on the patient last minute. SO unprofessional."

"I would like to say Terence Verla was very unprofessional and rude!!!! They made me feel like it was all about the money and not me. When I asked questions the question was brushed off and brought directly back to my pockets. They did not make me feel like I was in the best of hands. The flying cockroach made me feel more safe then the staff."
