"I arrived at my appointment at precisely the designated time (not six minutes early as advised). I was received and attended to immediately. And I was out of there in about five minutes. Results came back approximately 11 hours later, about an hour prior to the guaranteed 11 pm deadline promised. It was a great experience for someone stressing as to whether or not he might have COVID."

"Setting an appointment was very easy online. And the staff are welcoming and amazing. Very polite, straight forward and I appreciate what they do every day. Especially in this time of crisis of a global pandemic. It's nice to know that you can get your test done in a quick and orderly fashion and get the results in the same day. My suggestion to anyone trying to get tested, make sure you get an appointment for first thing in the morning, my appointment was at 8:06 am and I was in and out in less than five minutes. No waiting in line and it made my experience with the company very satisfying."

"Booked an appointment for 4.20pm, I got here at 3.55pm, I am still here and it's now 7pm! There's only 2 staff working and the queue is lengthing (oh and the staff just took their break) would not recommend."
