"I went to this urgent care yesterday for a strep throat. I got there once it opened and followed directions for registering online. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. I liked how they had free water bottles in the lobby. I was grateful enough to be seen after waiting for 5-10 mins, and maybe spent a total of 30 mins in total at the urgent care. The nurse and nurse practitioner were friendly during my visit. I had no problems during my visit."
"I went to this place today at 2:15 pm to have my PPD read. I checked in, gave my paperwork. When I went to pick up the clipboard, I dropped my car keys and the clipboard accidentally. The receptionist Tanya, yelled at me, called me rude in front of everyone in the waiting room. I told her that I didn’t mean to drop the clipboard. She was very unprofessional and unpleasant to me. Very disturbing. She embarrassed me. This person should not be working there. I’ve been a client of MD Now for over 15 years. I have never been treated so poorly. The staff in the back office were great."
"Check in /out within an hour. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. I have been to this location many times always a pleasant experience. The Physician listen are patient and thoroughly explain what’s going on and provide the best follow up. Happy to have them in my neighborhood."
"I don’t usually leave reviews but here it is, everyone I spoke to was very nice. The place was clean. No complaints about it, however, I checked in online. I filled out all the paperwork online. They asked me how far I was from the office so they could let me know when it’s time to come in. Sounds great. I get my text to come. I get there and I have to fill something out anyway. Okay. No biggie. After I paid her she told me it would be another 45 minute wait. My question is, Why would they tell me they were ready for me when they weren’t?"
"Wasn’t feeling well for almost 2 weeks but I was dreading going to the clinic due to previous experiences. I finally dragged my self into the clinic and to my surprise everyone from the front desk to Dr. Great were so kind. Eveyone was so pleasant and always smiling. Check in was very quick and easy. Definitely won’t hesitate next time!"
