Shockingly, she received THREE TIMES the recommended dose! The pediatrician’s response? A dismissive “mistakes happen.” This is unacceptable! Our trust in their competence and commitment to safety has been shattered. Adding to the distress, there’s been no contact from the pediatrician; instead, I spoke with an administrator who lacked basic information about my daughter. To make matters worse, there are NO short or long-term studies on the potential effects of this overdose on children. The lack of transparency and accountability is deeply unsettling. I’m sharing this on Google Reviews to raise awareness and caution fellow parents about the risks at Palm Beach Pediatrics. Can we trust them with our children’s health? "I previously wrote a 1 star review a couple years back and was contacted by the director to "make things right" and then asked to remove my review in which I did. I was a patient of this practice when I was a baby and Dr Kraft was around so I've been around this practice for the last 3 decades. Both my children were patients here until this last week. I have already found another practice and made new appointments with them so I can freely express my thoughts without getting kicked from the practice like they do to everyone else who says anything constructive or speaks on their negative experiences they've had. I love Dr. Stout so it's unfortunate that we are leaving but the front desk is enough to make people leave. They are the face of your practice and they make the first impressions. They are incredibly rude, abrasive, demeaning, and believe they are above us. When my mother brought my son in sick earlier this week the lady had a disgusting attitude with her and when questioned her on the copay differences the girl snapped loudly saying "YOU'RE NOT LISTENING". Inappropriate and highly unprofessional. Even if someone isn't listening you don't attempt to embarrass them in front of patients and talk that way to patients. When I was there last week with my other son I was told to pay $18 so when I went in this week with my other son who have the same insurance they charged me $97. When I called billing that same day the billing department advised me that I actually had a $200 credit because I had "overpaid" at some point. So the receptionist yelling at my mother about a Promise To Pay by the same day could have told my mother that I had a credit if she would have actually took a good look at our profile. I also called and left a voicemail to the director and never received a call back. My original negative review was about the receptionist and years later here we are complaining about the same thing. Train your front desk staff better because most reviews speak on their negative experiences with them and not the actual doctors. They should learn some respect."

"I wish I didn't have to leave a review like this because the doctor is actually wonderful. However everybody else I've dealt with needs an attitude adjustment and a lesson on customer service the nurses are not willing to help and the front desk staff is mediocre at best. I received a call back in regards to my review. I appreciate the time and effort that was made into addressing my concerns in regards to my first review. I have the utmost confidence that they will administer the necessary changes to make sure people are taking care of with respect and courtesy on every call and visit. So I am upgrading my review to four stars because taking the time to call back and to address the concerns is a big deal nowadays."

"Location and staff are fine. Dr. Stout is great. Avoid Dr. Alicia Morrison or your child may suffer needlessly like mine did. I asked for antibiotics after telling her my son obviously caught what my wife had and antibiotics helped her. She refused. No big surprise he got worse over the weekend and had to come back for antibiotics. She also mentioned removing an allergy to medication from his file if I couldn’t describe the exact symptoms he experienced while on that med. That was resolved when I called back after reviewing pictures of his reaction."
