"Very disappointing! I have seen Dr Rasekhi for quite some times for my neck, upper back and arm pain and she doesn’t ask me how do I feel . I’m in a pain management center and I expect that simple, nice and very important question from the doctor.. Dr Rasekhi has shown that she doesn’t care about the patient . She’s always in a hurry, doesn’t want to be asked anything . Today she even sighed at my questions which are super few. She just schedules you the epidural , and that’s it . She doesn’t tell you anything at all, no explanation of anything , and doesn’t ask you anything either . I feel that I have no pain management doctor because when I ask her , I feel she gets annoyed for questions that supposedly she cannot answer . But she’s the doctor , who else it’s going to answer the questions . If there is no exact answer , then she should explain it but she doesn’t even bother with that . They also like to se d you the nurse practitioner first instead of Dr Rasekhi which I don’t accept it . If I cannot talk to her in a follow up appointment and I cannot talk to her on the day of my epidural procedure because everything is fast , and she shows that she doesn’t want to be asked , so when am I supposed to talk to my pain management doctor? This is a doctor who I can’t talk to , can’t ask anything . Not good , don’t recommend her ."
