"Most unprofessional office manager at Royal Palm location named Alex. This women raised her voice and caused a scene and personal embarrasement to me. I explained to a nurse while she was taking my blood that it was hard to get an appointment and I had called 4 times leaving messages and did not get a returned call. On my way out the door, the nurse asked me to talked with Alex the office manager and pointed her out to me. Before I could say a word, Alex snapped in frustration throwing a pin and piece of paper at me saying she doesn't have time to discuss anything. There were other patients waiting to be seen and she made it appear that I had caused an issue. This was apparently an embarrassment to the nurse as she appeared shock at the reaction of Alex. This will be my last appointment with Jupitor Medical even though i like Dr Perillo. I have good insurance and pretty sure it will be welcomed by a Dr's office with a professional staff."

She has followed up with us on referrals and follow up appointments. The doctor has also been very professional, attentive and focused on doing multiple labs and referrals in order to find or rule out conditions. Will recommend to anyone."

"Love the office here, everyone is so nice. First office I’ve been to since transferring from pediatric offices and I hope they stay around because every employee here is so helpful. Right when you walk in the front, Lisa is always there at the front desk and she was been amazing at helping me navigate each experience. She’s personable, remembers me, and really cares not only about my health but about my experience and learning about the office functions of my visits. She’s helped me grow independent and confident as a young adult when it comes to making me comfortable and making it feel easy when we make appointments, process insurance, and make payments. The nurses in the back are great too, always friendly and patient with me. I see Haley Neeley and she is the sweetest, so real and straightforward. She really listens and is understanding and so helpful. From Lisa in the front with office functions to each healthcare professional in the back, everyone has been great in making this a welcoming and healing environment. I will continue coming here and even hope to work in an office with an environment as successful and familial as this one day."

"Absolutely love this practice. They truly care for their patients and try their very best in order to see everyone in a timely matter. I have even called same day for sick appointments and always get on their schedule even if it means i might have 30 minutes to an hour of wait time which is amazing compared to other places that make you wait for 2-3 hours.
