"Great place, good staff and very clean. But the reason I gave 3 stars is because for 2 years I asked the doctor for an Invisalign appointment. Doctor told me she would schedule the appointment. Regularly visited as they would auto schedule you for cleanings. I asked every time and they said they would schedule it and let me know. Around one of my lasts visits I asked again but now frustrated because I had been asking for some time already, doctor said that my teeth look great now and I was “ready” that she “approved”. Never received the appointment, they called for a regularly schedule cleaning. I told them to cancel as obviously my requests were being ignored."
