"I am currently a referred patient here, and have yet to come for a visit - but I wanted to already write how blown away I have been with the level of service and care I am receiving from just the Customer Experience staff. My husband is in the military which makes it pretty tricky for us to schedule appointments which align with him being home - however, it being our first child, I am trying my hardest at being proactive. Samantha and Kaylee have gone above and beyond the call of duty to try to make it happen for us. Knowing that Monday's are their busiest days - they have been jumping through hoops to ensure that I can get an appointment during the 3 day span of when my husband is home, and I couldn't be more grateful. However you are training your team on empathy, compassion, and kindness is working - I have yet to see an MD and I know we will be well taken care of. Thank you Samantha and Kaylee!"

"I Can't Explain How Amazing This Office Is! They Got Me Booked In No Time, I Haven't Had Prenatal Care In 1 Month Due Too Previous OB GYN Not Wanting To See Me Due To Being "High Risk" I Waited Maybe 10 Minutes The Consultation Lady Was AMAZING , The Ultrasound Tech And Her Partner Was Amazing And The Doctor That Went Over My Ultrasound With Me Was Just Amazing! They Got Me To Have My Prenatal Care Transferred Too There OB GYN Doctors And I'm Pretty Far Along In Pregnancy 37 Weeks They Also Got Me Scheduled For A C Section I'm So Grateful For These Amazing Nurses And Doctors Cannot Wait For The Deliver Of My Baby To Be Done By These Doctors And Nurses ❤️"

He really takes the time to think before he speaks unlike some doctors who just get you in the door, over talks you and leaves you wondering if you've asked all your questions. "This was my first ever hospital experience and first surgery. Winnie Palmer for Women and Babies truly has the best team. I would not have wanted to have this experience with any other team. I cannot wait to send them all a small gift to show my small token of appreciation for the way they took care of me and answered all my questions to ensure I felt comfortable. I know a couple travel nurses that worked here full time, Mo and Asia. Truly the best! My Doctor was Dr. David Goodman and he had a resident doctor with him. I wish I could remember her name because she was lovely and very attentive."
