"Dr. Mullner and all of the staff at this center are really wonderful. That being said, why does it have to take so long to get an appointment? It took me at least 30 minutes to book my first appointment, with all of the time I spent on hold. Then, the first available appointment was more than a month away. When you're in pain, this is really frustrating. I started trying to get relief in April. Between the insurance company and Orlando Health, I still have not received treatment for my issue. I only just received an mri, and just got the results last week. Good news is - they can treat my issue. Bad news - first appointment with the spine clinic isn't until mid-December. So incredibly frustrating."

"Dr. Muller is the best. I visit him for hip injection under ultrasound. The procedure requires a very long needle that goes very deep and can be quite intimidating. Dr Mullner is fantastic at putting his patients at ease and has never given me a shot that has hurt me. I highly recommend him for injections."

I feel super confident I’m in good hands, and “together” we will explore all possible, and available options. I know he and his team are accessible to ask whatever follow-up concerns I may have, and I wont be excluded or ignored, but heard, seen and included in the input of whatever treatment decisions need to be made…which means a lot to me!! I feel treated as an individual person, and not a number. I especially love that he works well / together with my other doctors, as a team player, one who puts my care and needs first, not just with other practitioners within the same organization, but outside as well, with whomever is central and an essential part of my care team. I am also thrilled to have Dr. Justin Mullner as part of my care team! I look forward his care for years to come. I’ve no doubt whether in two or even 20+ years, I’ll still be treated with the same kindness and excellent bedside manner, and will feel the same way then, as I do now.
