"My appointment was changed 3 times. Once I finally got to the office, I waited over an hour to see Brittany Calvanelli. I was unaware Brittany Calvanelli is a physicians assistant and not the doctor. Turns out she couldn’t help me with my problem and I had to make another appointment to see the doctor a different day. Huge waste of time. However Brittany was very nice and when I finally saw the doctor, Dr Kasper, he was as well. I will continue to see this doctor for now, but I hope in the future appointment scheduling and wait times improve"
"Horrible customer service. Scheduled me for an online consultation and I was waiting for over 20 minutes past the start time on the call and received a call saying they can’t see me and that the scheduling was a mistake because of a cheap third party that they hire to do the scheduling. They hire a cheap person to do it and don’t take the blame for it. Now I am not seeing the doctor which I very much needed. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. Horrible service very disappointed!! I worked my entire schedule around this appoint."
"Dr. Calvanelli was wonderful. I have never felt more comfortable. Nobody ever took the time to explain everything like she did. She was so well spoken and I have been to a lot of doctors but she took her time and her knowledge is just amazing! She is also very gentle and nice. I recommend her to everyone!"
